Return Policy

We believe in a child’s intellectual, emotional, and creative growth. If the product(s) couldn’t bring you and your child joy, feel free to return them with a full refund.

This is how you could return any product(s):

  • Contact us on customercare@lolaandhazel.com stating the order number of your purchase and the product(s) you wish to return.
  • Make sure to return them within 14 days after the purchase date.
  • Product(s) should be in their original condition and packaging with the receipt.
  • Any product on sale will unfortunately not be returned.
  • Full refund* will be issued on the same payment method used. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

*Cost of delivery will not be included in the refund.
