Return Policy
We believe in a child’s intellectual, emotional and creative growth. If a product doesn’t bring you and your child joy, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund.
How to return a product
- Email customercare@lolaandhazel.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return.
- Return items within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with the receipt.
- Sale items can’t be returned.
- A full refund* is issued to the payment method you used, within 3–5 working days.
*Delivery costs are not included in the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with pictures and details and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
